Dispatch Time
We guarantee that any order(s) paid before 3:00pm AEST (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) will be sent on the same day. Otherwise it will be sent on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Normal Shipment Charges
* A $12 flat shipping fee is applied for orders less than $150.
* Free delivery for orders that are more than $150.
Express Post Charges
* $18 for any order.
Discreet Packaging
To protect our customer's privay, all of our parcels are always packed with absolute discretion in mind. Packaging is plain and the return sender is just our P.O. Box address. There will be no identifiable information on the parcel.
We pack all fragile products with multiple layers of bubble wrap, then we use an extra cardboard layer for added piece of mind. Our intact and unbroken delivery rate is above 99%.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are available for all Express Post and Normal orders and will be emailed upon despatch

Shipping Company
Our shipping rate is the cheapest among the online stores of this industry, although we pay higher to our shipping supplier. We currently use Australia Post as our only delivery company, because we like to give our customers the best service.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds
We will refund the original price you paid for the item which has been returned, provided it has been returned to us in the original packaging in its original unused condition and was returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. We do not refund any original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, nor any return shipping costs you may incur except in the case of a packing error, or a faulty product.

Exchanges
​If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange within 30 days of purchasing the item. but you still will have to pay return shipping. If you require to exchange the goods for items of a greater or lesser value than the returned goods, we will refund the returned items and place a new order. Otherwise, a straight exchange with no refund will be issued. We will not charge additional postage for exchanged items
